Return Policies

These are Eljayproducts.com's Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from Eljayproducts.com

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return a product. We have listed the necessary steps to do so below.

  • All products returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA number by calling Customer Service at 314-727-1171.
  • Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost if received by us:
    • Any product not purchased from Eljayproducts.com.
    • Any product that has been installed or used.
    • Any product that is returned without all of the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product.
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage.

Please Note: Any product returned to Eljay Lawn Products must be new, unused, complete, marked with a valid RMA number, and less than 30 days after original invoice date. Anything else will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or charge a 20% processing charge for any return. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Short Blocks

Short blocks are sold as final sale (not returnable). Please allow a customer service representative to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.


Decks

Decks are sold as final sale (not returnable). Please allow a customer service representative to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.


Electrical

Electrical items are sold as final sale.(not returnable). Please check model numbers so the correct part is ordered.


Manuals

Manuals are sold as final sale (not returnable).


Gaskets / Kits

Gaskets, seals, engine rebuild kits and carburetor rebuild kits are sold as final sale (not returnable).


Engine Powered Equipment

Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.

Refunds

According to U.S. law, refund credits can only be returned back to the card of original purchase. In the event that a card can no longer be charged back (lost card etc.) an attempt on our part has to be made at least once and then a company check will be sent to the purchaser. The company check process can delay the time taken to receive the refund.

Shipping or Website Errors

Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge

Eljayproducts.com believes customer service is the most important part of the sale. Eljayproducts.com strives to provide the best quality products, but from time to time a product might not perform to manufacturers specifications. Please take a moment to review our warranty policy below.


Manufactures Warranties

All products sold by eljayproducts.com have a manufacturer warranty. Please be aware that warranties from defect are provided strictly through the manufacturer. If your part is eligible for a warranty claim, our customer service staff will get information from you to process your claim and will provide instructions for you as well as a Warranty Authorized Return number to be able to return the defective part. If you believe you have a defective product please contact customer service so we can assist you.
